Ragamuffin Gal

".. from my ragged heart to yours"

February 17, 2010

~**Ashes and HoPe!**~

Today is Ash Wednesday
A time for repentance
and also for
Hope!

Here is a new piece
created with the
theme of
Hope
in mind.

And these words from
a favorite song ~
The Hymn of Promise

In the bulb there is a flower,
in the seed, an apple tree;
in cocoons, a hidden promise:
butterflies will soon be free!

~*~

In the cold and snow of winter
there's a spring that waits to be,
unrevealed until its season,
something God alone can see.

Wishing you
Hope
as you enter this
Lenten Season!

When someone you love has just been given a few weeks to live unless a miracle
occurs, the word HOPE takes on a whole new reality. Please continue to keep
Linda (follow her story by clicking on the link found in my side bar) in your prayers.

I love that song. "At the end a victory. Unvrevealed until its season, something God alone can see."

Beautiful art work, too! Happy, happy week!

Your blog keeps getting better and better! Your older articles are not as good as newer ones you have a lot more creativity and originality now. Keep it up!
And according to this article, I totally agree with your opinion, but only this time! :)
