*~Dear Friends ~*

I have a note that I kept on my desk for most of the school year
and now this summer, it keeps me company on my kitchen ledge. I simply cannot put it away for to do so would shield its power over my disasterous moods. It merely says ...

And when I see it, my lips cannot help but curve up into a grin.
Such is the power of the written word!
And we all have it within us to weld this power onto others ~
so who do you wish to write to today?
It only takes a moment and
the results are endless...

To all of my blogging friends I simply say ~
Thank You and I Love you my friends!
Blessings,
Katie
I am indebted to Relyn at Come Sit by My Fire blogspot
for giving me many reasons to have a "merry heart."

which is always an uplifting and
rewarding experience!

Hi Katie,

Thank you so much for your visit and your sweet comment, so glad you found me, it allowed me to find you and I'm so glad I did! What a great post, I keep all my little notes that I get from family and friends...they're my treasures.

I have notes from my nieces from when they were little girls and I've hung onto them for more than 20 years and like you, everytime I look at them they make me smile.

I'm off now to check out the rest of your blog.

Hugs and Blessings,
Karyn

That is a great note! As a teacher, I have a folder of random, sweet notes. Elementary teachers would need a bus to store all theirs, but when you teach HS...! I like that you keep it where you can see it often!

Oh, Katie. This post is like a love note. I'll keep it and savor it. Do you know how happy it makes me that you would treasure this little thing? Of course you do. You know exactly. It's the cherishing of little things that draws us together. I love you, dear friend. I miss you, too. A lot.
