Dearest Friends ~

Welcome to my OWOH post!

First ~

 My Name ~ Ragamuffin Gal

My blog's name comes from several different origins,

 but most of all because I am a

Ragamuffin Gal  at heart.

I have been influence by Rich Mullins and his 

Ragamuffin Band

and

the writings of Brennan Manning 

But most of all it is the name

I chose for myself ..

As a young girl I use to sit at the feet

of my grandmother who was a master

at creating almost anything out of little

or hardly anything at all.

She imparted this gift to me

To see something of value in everything

and anyone.

And it continues today

I love to be of service to help others,

to pay it forward, 

and do Random Acts of Kindness.

I am my happiest when I am doing

or creating for others.

I LOVE

Creating something new with the 

scraps that life gives me.

This will be my third year 

of participating in OWOH!

snowy white fleece.

When my cousin Steve surprised us
on Christmas by arriving during rather than
after Christmas Day.  It was quite a 
wonderful magical surprise when he walked
in with his family on Christmas afternoon.
Everyone was so happy, especially me!

Mark  and I were playing a game
the other night when he asked me this question:


If you could dine with anyone dead or alive,
who would it be?

No,


although they do share a lot in common
with the one I chose.


I have his quotes around my classroom,
I have them in my heart
and I believe in the truth
of his life ~
