Easiest Ice Cream Cake!
Perfect quickie fix for
"what to bring" to
summer get-togethers!
1.
Line a dish with ice cream Sandwiches

2.

Next, I spread whipped topping

over the top of the sandwiches.

(of course I use fat free because this

is such a health conscious dessert!)

3.

Finally, you get to drizzle

Chocolate syrup over the top

of the whipped topping.

Then, put it into the freezer to chill

until ready to serve.

I haven't decided which is the hardest part

of this recipe. It is either tearing the wrappers

off the ice cream sandwiches. Or being able

to handle it when there is nothing

left over to take home.

(Thanks to Janey for this recipe)

Yum! Yum! Yum!! Maybe you should add that to our teapart menu. In fact, we can change it to a dessert buffet. I'll bring Chrisner Special and my fabulous lemon pie. We may need to expand the guest list, though. Love you.

Wow! How easy and yummy!?!? I'm sure it is a hit at every party. I think the hardest part for me would be not to eat it all before. :)

Cheers! LA

Thanks so much for stopping by my blog! I think the twirling girls picture is my favorite from that night as well. I'm thinking that a first snow of the season party might be right up my alley this fall!
