I found this yummy strawberry recipe and just had to share it with you! Whip 6 oz. of room temp cream cheese until fluffy, add 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract and 1.5 Tablespoon of confectioners' sugar. Trim tops and bottoms of 12 lushious strawberries. Using a small melon ball shaper, scoop out tops. Fill a pastry bag (or snipped corner sandwich bag) with cream cheese mix and pipe into the strawberries until it fills them to the top. For a topping one can either put some chocolate shavings on top or toast some almonds in the oven until golden brown. (Special thanks to Martha)

oh my gosh! I have been thinking about this recipe! I made something like this a couple years ago and had been thinking about making it again but couldn't remember where I got the recipe from before.
Thanks for popping by my blog!
